in depth knowledge of the Financial Recruitment arena having been in the industry as a consultant and manager of people for over 10 years.

We have always believed that it is essential that our consultants receive full mentoring and up to date training. Given Mark’s experience in this aspect of recruitment sales and marketing – we are sure that the appointment is one which adds immense value to our business proposition.

Mark is of course actively involved in all areas of our business and will engage, educate and enhance our teams’ knowledge and performance along with bringing methodologies in succession planning, career mapping and recruitment & training of new and existing consultants.

Mark will take a leading role in business development initiatives for the company as a whole and ultimately add new business to our current portfolio.
